Your Membership Agreement Explained

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the yrk333 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services accessible at yrk333.com.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully completed yrk333 account registration.
• "Account Balance" means the aggregate of all PKR funds held in a Member's yrk333 account, including deposited funds and credited winnings, net of withdrawals and wagers.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched deposit amounts, free bet credits, or other incentive credits issued by yrk333 to a Member, distinct from the Member's deposited PKR balance.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process, including CNIC submission and liveness selfie, required by yrk333 prior to first withdrawal processing.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total PKR value of bets that must be placed by a Member using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Clause 8 of these Terms.

To be eligible for a yrk333 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a corporate entity;
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, another yrk333 account that was closed for violation of these Terms;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee of yrk333 or any of its affiliated entities.

yrk333 may at any time require a Member to provide documentary evidence of age or identity. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within seven (7) days of the request will result in account suspension pending resolution.

Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password of at least eight characters. By submitting your registration, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one yrk333 account at any time. Where yrk333 identifies multiple accounts registered by or associated with the same individual — by CNIC match, shared device fingerprint, shared IP address, or payment method match — yrk333 will close all but one account and may withhold balances held in the duplicate accounts pending investigation.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, yrk333 requires completion of KYC verification. This requires the Member to submit:

• A clear photograph of the front and back of their valid Pakistani CNIC;
• A live selfie photograph demonstrating that the applicant matches the CNIC photograph.

KYC submissions are reviewed within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. Until KYC is completed, deposit and gameplay functions remain available; withdrawals are suspended. yrk333 is under no obligation to accept KYC documents that are unclear, partially obscured, or suspected of being altered.

yrk333 accepts the following PKR payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits to yrk333 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Minimum deposit: 500 PKR via mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash); 1,000 PKR via bank transfer. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. yrk333 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

yrk333 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of any deposit, particularly where deposit volumes are unusually high or irregular. Deposits made through payment methods not officially listed on the yrk333 platform are made at the Member's own risk and yrk333 cannot guarantee crediting of such funds.

yrk333 does not charge deposit fees. Any charges applied by the Member's own bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment intermediary are the Member's sole responsibility and yrk333 has no obligation to reimburse such charges.

Withdrawals from a yrk333 account are subject to the following conditions:

1. The Member's KYC verification must be successfully completed;
2. The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Member's available PKR balance (i.e., deposited funds plus cleared winnings, excluding uncleared Bonus Funds subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements);
3. The withdrawal must be directed to a payment account registered in the Member's own name — yrk333 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances;
4. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR via mobile wallets; 5,000 PKR via bank transfer.

yrk333 targets processing of withdrawal requests within thirty minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals and within four hours for bank transfer withdrawals, during standard operating hours. yrk333 reserves the right to apply additional processing time for withdrawals of 500,000 PKR or above for security review purposes, and will notify the Member of any extended review period.

yrk333 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and event-specific promotions tied to occasions such as the HBL Pakistan Super League season.

Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a specific Wagering Requirement stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the full Wagering Requirement has been met. Wagering Requirements apply only to Bonus Funds — deposited funds are always withdrawable subject to these Terms.

• yrk333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Members who have already activated the promotion and are in the process of meeting Wagering Requirements will not be disadvantaged.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless otherwise explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• yrk333 may void Bonus Funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or VPN services designed to circumvent geographic or per-account restrictions.

Each game available on the yrk333 platform operates under its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface prior to placing any wager. By placing a wager on any yrk333 game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

All game outcomes on yrk333 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under monitored conditions. yrk333 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP percentages represent long-run theoretical returns and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

yrk333 reserves the right to void any wager placed using funds obtained through a breach of these Terms, including funds originating from duplicate accounts, fraudulent deposits, or chargebacks subsequently reversed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yrk333 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human means to place wagers or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other Members or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gain must be reported to yrk333 immediately and will be reversed;
• Attempting to reverse, cancel, or dispute any PKR deposit made to yrk333 (chargeback fraud);
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the yrk333 platform through a VPN or proxy server for the purpose of circumventing geographic or per-account restrictions;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity in violation of Pakistani anti-financial crime laws;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing yrk333 staff, customer support agents, or other Members.

All content on the yrk333 platform — including but not limited to the yrk333 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of yrk333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the yrk333 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any yrk333 content;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any yrk333 software;
• Creating derivative works based on yrk333 content;
• Using yrk333 branding or trademarks without prior written consent.

Voluntary Closure: A Member may request closure of their yrk333 account at any time by contacting yrk333 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the Member's registered withdrawal account. Bonus Funds and associated wagering-requirement-locked winnings are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Suspension by yrk333: yrk333 may suspend or permanently close a Member's account without prior notice where:

• The Member has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 8;
• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• yrk333 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity theft, or financial crime;
• The Member's continued access poses a risk to the platform or other Members;
• yrk333 is instructed to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, yrk333 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, yrk333 is entitled to retain the balance as compensation for losses incurred. Members will be notified of the outcome within a reasonable period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yrk333 excludes all liability for:

• Any financial losses arising from gaming activity on the yrk333 platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from wagers placed;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or technical failures beyond yrk333's reasonable control, including but not limited to failures in Pakistani mobile network infrastructure, internet service provider outages, or third-party payment processor downtime;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Member's account where such access was not caused by yrk333's own negligence.

yrk333's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yrk333 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistan members. The following self-management tools are available to every yrk333 Member at no cost, accessible immediately from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps — effective immediately upon activation;
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts for session duration to help manage time spent on the platform;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your yrk333 account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your yrk333 account with a self-exclusion designation — yrk333 will decline any re-registration attempts from self-excluded Members for a minimum period of 12 months.

yrk333 collects, stores, and processes Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm acceptance of the yrk333 Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and platform use is processed for the purposes of account administration, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and service improvement. yrk333 does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

yrk333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, yrk333 will notify Members by one or more of the following methods: email notification to the registered account address; prominent notice on the yrk333 homepage; or in-platform notification upon next login.

Continued use of the yrk333 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the yrk333 platform and may request account closure as provided in Clause 10.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law as it pertains to yrk333's operations. yrk333 operates its Pakistan-facing services in accordance with the regulatory environment applicable to online gaming in Pakistan.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Any dispute should first be raised directly with yrk333 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. yrk333 commits to acknowledging disputes within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the Member is not satisfied with yrk333's initial response, the matter may be escalated to yrk333's senior compliance team by requesting escalation in writing by email. Escalated disputes are reviewed within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Final Decision: yrk333's final written decision on any dispute is binding on both parties, subject to the Member's right to seek redress through applicable legal processes.

yrk333's decisions regarding the outcome of games, the application of these Terms, and the resolution of disputes are final unless a demonstrable error by yrk333 can be established by the Member.
